At Mr. Heater®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your return package.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that the original packing slip is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
